Nice sweater, slow delivery

I ordered a Knitwear sweater during their winter sale. The sweater itself is nice, good quality and the knit feels substantial. The sizing chart was accurate, which helped. However, shipping took nearly two weeks to reach me in California, which felt a bit long, even for an international order. I emailed customer service once to check on the status and got a polite but not very fast response. The product itself is worth it, but they could improve on the delivery speed and maybe communication during transit.

Nah, pretty sure you can't combine them. Most stores like this only let you use one code per order. So if it's a sale item, the sale price is probably already the best deal.

You can usually only use one coupon. If it's a big sale, often the sale price is better than the newsletter discount anyway, and codes usually don't work on already discounted stuff. Check the terms of your newsletter code when you get it.

From my experience, they're already pretty oversized. I usually wear a large and got a large from them and it was definitely baggy, in a good way though. If you want super baggy, maybe go up one, but otherwise stick to your normal size.

Yeah, what they said. Don't size up if you want the 'intended' oversized fit, it's already built into their sizing. Check the size chart on their site, it's actually pretty accurate for once.

They totally ship internationally, so US is fine. I'm in Cali and it usually takes about 1.5-2 weeks for my orders to arrive. NYC might be a bit faster but I'd budget for that much time.

Yep, they ship here. Expect it to be a bit of a wait since it's coming from Germany. My last order took around 10 days to hit Chicago. You'll get tracking so you can watch it move.

Returns were actually pretty straightforward for me. I had to pay for my own shipping back to Germany, which kind of sucked, but once they got it, the refund was quick. Just make sure you follow their instructions.
